According to customers' product assembly process and requests, the line will be equipped with assembly machines, material feeder and Poka-yoka device.

①monitor pressing force and tightening force when assembling;

②automatic tighten screw,bolt and nut.

③automatic add grease;

④on line no load testing;

⑤work-piece is conveyed by pallet automatically, or by worker manually. (can choose one type)
